One element to note for others (and I believe this is true of Wordle as well) if a letter appears more than once, that isn't indicated, so if you have an E for instance that shows up as Green (in the right spot) or Yellow (in the word, but wrong spot) that won't tell you if there's another E somewhere else as well

The ranking algorithm for this list is based on 3Blue1Brown's video about solving Wordle using information theory It is the top 100 first guess words that are expected to produce the most information after your first two guesses While all of these words are valid guesses, not all of them are possible solutions I have manually removed several
