Avoid Zappos For Any Purchase!! Received shoe on the 7th of sep returned on the 8th, shipped back on the 9th, UPS and Zappos both confirmed shoe returned on the 15th, no refunds issued until I said something - I'm still waiting

Yes, Zappos is legit, they are a division of Amazon I have used them, it works exactly as described, you buy the shoes and can easily return any you don't want for a refund Keep in mind however that because of the size of shoeboxes you need to ship the return boxes in-person, you can't drop them in a drop-off box
