When the dreaded lockout happened last week, I realized what a grave mistake I had made by doing that, as I was also locked out of my yahoo A call to customer service early in the morning got me an overseas rep, who basically acknowledged the problem and said there was nothing she could do and they were working on it

I’m pretty sure Yahoo will never charge you to unlock your password under any circumstances I know they charge $4 99 for premium services but nothing to unlock a forgotten password I don’t mean to insult your intelligence but are you sure you weren’t hacked and aren’t actually talking to someone posing as yahoo?
