- About Ratification Votes and our Tentative Agreement
After a WSNA bargaining team reaches a tentative agreement (“TA”) on a full contract, members in good standing who are covered by that contract get a chance to review the changes and vote on whether to accept the new terms the team negotiated That vote is called a ratification vote; accepting the new contract terms is called “ratification ”
