When I was in Iowa the Scheels there was stupid expensive in used guns It was laughable Stock Christensen CA-15 Recon, used, $2300 I paid $1700 brand new for mine DDs we're $1400 used when they were $1200 brand new, etc What a joke Maybe mine was just a bad store compared to others

Having grown up in Minnesota we went to Scheels all the time Their new locations are awesome A bit expensive but it's still a great company Walked in today and saw the BRCC stuff plastered all over the place I pulled one of the store managers aside and told him that I won't be shopping there till it's removed

Scheels rods are pretty good for there price point only thing I have found is they change out and drop rods on a whim Purchased 2 10 foot trolling rods Well the tip got broke on one they were good at replacing it but did not have the same rod in the same action, so now I have mix matched rods
