teresa is a certified professional coach as well as licensed by ny state and nationally board-certified in both acupuncture and chinese herbology. she holds an m.s. in traditional oriental medicine after attending a 4-year program at pacific college of oriental medicine, one of the most rigorous and respected chinese medical schools in the country. in addition to her subspecialty in womenâs health, teresa has been a childbirth educator, doula and hypnotist. she studied with shamans, healers and life changers for decades. she has worked as a consultant, writer, and speaker and leads workshops for women. she is a graduate of new york university, summa cum laude. after 20 years of work with women during many forms of transitions â be it childbirth, new parenting, menopause, health changes or divorce, teresa is uniquely positioned to work as a life coach for women during times of transition like divorce, empty nesting or new motherhood, career changes, or family blending. her heartfelt, non-judgmental but straightforward demeanor make her extraordinarily suited to help women make the extraordinary leaps needed to discover how amazing life changes can be! previously, owner and director of healthybeing, a wellness center in the hudson valley, teresa now works with coaching clients over the phone, or in person, and is seeing patients in new york city.
