a one of a kind blend of bbq and sauces. the creation of ruck's bbq hut has traveled a long and hard road. it began some years ago with little or no direction. i had a desire to create my own homemade barbecue and sauce. with a faint aroma in the air, i began sampling other barbecue sauces. they all had their own distinct quality but none of them had that one thing. so, with a taste in my mouth and the sauce on my fingers, i set out to create a sauce that had that one thing!
