Just within the last 2 weeks, when I fast forward or rewind a recorded show on the FUBO app on the ROKU streaming stick or 4k streaming stick, the thumbnails no longer appear However, if I fast forward or rewind on FUBO app on my smart LG tv or my iPhone, the thumbnails are there

I'd like to access the guide in FUBO but no matter which button on the Roku remote or option on the screen I click on I do not seem to be able to display the guide I have stumbled into it occasionally by clicking on "More Channels" but this option does not consistently come up for me

I had a similar issue of having forgot to cancel the Fubo subscription, if you go through the automated phone system calling the (1-844-441-3826) number you can get the subscription immediately terminated and a refund process started Just make sure to select the option of being a current subscriber to get to where you need to go
