I got hired as an associate at the Walmart by my house and I've never been happier I'm actually able to work and get shit done I was hired for OGP and it's so fun to just pick or prep or stage without having to worry what everyone else is doing

It really just depends on what role they hire you for If it's something like a stocker (CAP 2), OGP, or cashiering, quite a bit of your job revolves around helping customers If you aren't a cashier this is mostly just helping them find products they're after (the Walmart app is a lifesaver for that)

I'm not sure how anyone works here and doesn't understand your benefits Depending on your hours, you have the standard medical benefits, a 401k, free online college classes, your discount card, and the ability to transfer pretty much anywhere there's a Walmart and still have a job People dump on Walmart all the time but the benefits are good

I have an old man who fuck knows what he does at Walmart, but somehow dude worked himself into a position where he can come and go as he pleases, take breaks whenever tf he wants, and then vanish Dude pretends to not speak a word of English but I've caught that sly motherfucker directing customers to where product is in perfect English
